Welcome to Rosa Elvira and John E. Holt's Home on the Ocean. Located on the Mainland with access to the Intracoastal Waterway by way of a canal. Rosa and John designed the house, the Architect was Everardo P. Garcia of Pampano Beach Florida and the Builder was Bernard Sabourin of Palm Coast Florida. The House was completed in 1992.
